Upholstery Warranty:
• All upholstery workmanship is covered for 1 year from the date of delivery.
• This warranty covers manufacturer defects such as loose stitching, seams coming undone, or improper installation.
Structure Warranty:
• All wood and structural frames are covered by warranty against manufacturer defects.
• This includes structural joints or framing that come apart under normal use.
Exclusions:
• Normal wear and tear of vinyl, fabric, or leather due to use is not covered.
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, cuts, burns, or customer handling is not covered.
• Modifications or repairs by third parties will void the warranty.
Customer Responsibility:
• Proper care and maintenance are required to keep upholstery in good condition.
• Spills should be cleaned promptly, and abrasive cleaners should be avoided.
Claim Process:
• To submit a warranty claim, please contact ACFU with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
• If determined to be a manufacturing defect, ACFU will repair or replace the affected product at no charge.
